Location: Capenhurst, Cheshire - 10 minute walk from Capenhurst station

Remuneration: £ 26, 416.52

Contract Details: Permanent, full-time position

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9.30am-5.30pm / Friday, 9.30am-5pm

Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a Senior Print Team Operative to join their team in Capenhurst, Cheshire.

As the Senior Print Team Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring that all post-production is carried out efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the Print Room Supervisor and assist in training and mentoring new team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet customer requirements by adhering to quality standards, ensuring security, and meeting turnaround time.
  • Proactively communicate with the Print Team Supervisor in case of any challenges preventing customer requirements from being met.
  • Become proficient in the operation of various printing, binding, and mailing equipment.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot mono, colour, and Braille printing equipment.
  • Complete docket books accurately and ensure they are in the designated place before post collection.
  • Collate information for invoicing purposes, such as postage records, and submit them within the agreed timescale.
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Print Operative in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a printing environment.
