Telesales Executive Location: Mytholmroyd Salary: £25k - £29k p/a + Commission - Realistic OTE of £35k - £40k p/a Hours: Full-time, Opportunity for early Friday finish Holiday: 28 Days (Increasing with service up to 33 Days) + Christmas Closure + Birthdays off Type: Permanent

Are you an experienced B2C or B2B telesales professional looking for your next challenge? We are collaborating with a thriving client, specialising in lead generation, to find enthusiastic individuals for their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to generated list of potential leads
  • Generate qualified leads within specific sectors, including IT
  • High volume call activity
  • Target of 3 leads per week
  • Provide detailed information from conversations to clients
  • Work with accurate data provided by in-house team

Essential Skills and Qualities:

  • Previous experience in B2B or B2C Telesales or Telemarketing
  • Knowledge of IT industry is advantageous but not required
  • Confident telephone presence, especially when speaking with IT professionals
  • Positive, driven attitude with 'can-do' mind-set.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Ability to proficiently use Word, Excel and Office 365 software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer-oriented approach
