Are you an experienced B2C or B2B telesales professional looking for your next challenge? We are collaborating with a thriving client, specialising in lead generation, to find enthusiastic individuals for their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to generated list of potential leads
- Generate qualified leads within specific sectors, including IT
- High volume call activity
- Target of 3 leads per week
- Provide detailed information from conversations to clients
- Work with accurate data provided by in-house team
Essential Skills and Qualities:
- Previous experience in B2B or B2C Telesales or Telemarketing
- Knowledge of IT industry is advantageous but not required
- Confident telephone presence, especially when speaking with IT professionals
- Positive, driven attitude with 'can-do' mind-set.
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Ability to proficiently use Word, Excel and Office 365 software
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer-oriented approach
