A lovely local company in Chichester is looking for a laundry person/operative to join their busy team based in Chichester. This position is working for a well established company who provide holiday let cleaning and laundry services to a wide range of customers around Hampshire and West Sussex
This is a 6 month contract with a view to go permanent for the right person.
Package details:
Salary circa £13 per hour; a higher rate may be considered for those with more experience
Hours: -9 - 5 or 8 - 4. 5 days per week - including weekends on a rota basis
Pension
20 days holiday plus bank holidays. Pro rate for the 6 month contract.
Duties:
With a team of laundry staff, the position will be to provide time efficient laundry services of the holiday let laundry of bedding and towels.
Responsibilities will include:
- Operating machinery
- Ensuring laundry requirements are done to a high standard within the time frames required
- Using an epos system
- Working in team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a role in laundry.
- Flexible attitude to work.
- Experience of using computer systems.
- Enjoys working in a busy environment.
- Must have own transport.
