Commercial Team Manager
Casanovas Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a new role within a well-established and highly successful corporate professional services firm based in South Essex. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced business development professional who can evidence previous experience and successes with leading a team from the front to shape and drive the success of the office working within professional services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships
- Delivering exceptional client services
- Building, leading, and managing a team of professional service executives
- Lead the office business development and marketing initiatives liaising with other teams and departments
- Ensuring effective lead sourcing and development
- Leading from the front and setting examples
- Working with Marketing to plan effective campaigns to attract
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in various commercial business development roles
- Experience in leading a BD team from example
- Dynamic and naturally innovative personality
- Has been in a Professional services background
- Excellent commercial awareness with good marketing awareness
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client services
- High levels of communication and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability and experience to know how to create and maintain a motivated sales office and a 'buzz' environment
