Product Support Specialist
Working from home but flexible to travel into London
Temporary role with a potential view to go permanent after September.
£16.83 per hour, paid weekly whilst temporary

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting/Triaging issues with the online app or sessions
- Building relationships with new clients
- Maintaining relationship with current clients and ensuring they are happy
- Service improvements to be voiced professionally and data collected to evidence to the hiring manager
- Knowledge on the client journey
- Updating user information, adding new user information
- Supporting with platform usage.
