A well established business close to Doncaster town centre looking for an experienced Customer Service/Order Processor to join a friendly and happy team.
Your new role
Working alongside a knowledgeable, helpful team, this will be a fast-paced order processing role.
The role:-
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Ensuring orders are correct, values and volumes
- Allocate PO's
- Post accurate orders onto the CRM system
- Arrange deliveries and give exceptional customer service at all times.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for first-class communication skills and a real "can-do" attitude. Ideally, you will have worked in order processing previously and have used a CRM system. However, the system is bespoke to the business, so training will be given.
