The school have a full time opportunity available for a candidate to join the team in September 2024 to support their students throughout the school day.
The Classroom Support Assistant's Responsibilities:
- Supporting students from 8:30 - 3:30
- Helping students maintain focus on lesson materials
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students
- Being a safe space for students to express their feelings and find solutions
- Work alongside class teacher to form motivating tasks
- Participate in school and guardian team meetings regarding students' next steps
- Full training for the role provided
Working as a Classroom Support Assistant will mean giving children guidance from the beginning of the school day to the end, with the aim of building the students' confidence and independence. The school are looking for a Classroom Support Assistant to collaborate with teachers and push students to achieve their full potential in both academic and personal goals.
