Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campus Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with career services, faculty, and student organisations at target universities.
  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and attend on-campus recruitment events such as career fairs, info sessions, and networking events.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage high-potential students through resume reviews, interviews, and networking.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Data Management: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campus recruiting strategies.
  • Brand Ambassador: Promote the firm's brand and culture to prospective candidates through various channels, including social media, events, and direct outreach.

Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR Related experience:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field. Experience in the finance or investment industry is a plus.

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Attributes:
