Key Responsibilities:
- Campus Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with career services, faculty, and student organisations at target universities.
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and attend on-campus recruitment events such as career fairs, info sessions, and networking events.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage high-potential students through resume reviews, interviews, and networking.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Data Management: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campus recruiting strategies.
- Brand Ambassador: Promote the firm's brand and culture to prospective candidates through various channels, including social media, events, and direct outreach.
Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR Related experience:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field. Experience in the finance or investment industry is a plus.
