Day-to-day of the role:
- Independently manage and execute payroll operations for both US and UK systems.
- Ensure accurate processing of payroll, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Liaise with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Provide support and answer employee queries regarding payroll matters.
- Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
- US and UK payroll experience.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements in both regions.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
