Dunbar Education, is seeking a qualified Level 2 Teaching Assistant for a Christian school located in a village near Northampton, working with well-behaved Year 2 students. This small, close-knit school has just 20 staff members, offering a supportive and friendly environment. The school promotes confidence, independent thinking, and resilience in its pupils, helping them adapt to life's challenges. Requirements:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Foster a positive learning environment conducive to student success.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
- Help maintain classroom discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of pupils.
