An exciting new opportunity has just opened up for a dynamic Sales Administrator who can manage a variety of tasks and support multiple departments within our client's business. Our client, a well-established design and manufacturing firm in Salisbury, is looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to help streamline operations and enhance team collaboration. This varied and busy role will involve coordinating across departments, making you an essential part of their support structure and a key player in maintaining high levels of customer happiness.

Salary is up to £30000 and you'll be working full time, Monday to Friday on site.

As the new Sales Administrator, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all customer orders are handled efficiently and accurately, from the initial consultation right through to completion. You will be the go-to person for supporting other departments, ensuring that the business runs smoothly and that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate sales operations, ensuring smooth processes from initial consultation to order completion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of various project works.
