Then this is the role for you! We are currently exclusively working with an SME manufacturing business that works within manufacturing and has seen massive grown over the last 2 years. They are looking to bring in an experienced FBP that can work alongside the Finance Director to create effective controls within the organisation.
So what would your responsibilities be?
- Managing the day to day Management Accounts
- Cost accounting & variance analysis
- Producing month end Management Accounts & board reporting packs
- Business partnering with operational & SLT stakeholders
- Assisting in the audit process
- Creating & maintaining effective financial controls
- Assisting with budgeting & forecasting and creating relevant reports
But what experience and qualifications to do you need?
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- At least 3 years PQE
- Experience within a Manufacturing environment is essential
- At least 2 years Cost accounting or Cost controlling exposure is essential
- Sage experience is desirable
- Systems implementation experience is desirable
- Stakeholder management experience
