Conveyancing Paralegal / Permanent / Full time / Up to £28,000 DOE
Our client, a leading law firm, is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Within this role you will be supporting a Conveyancer with all types of matters relating to property and ensure that clients are always kept informed on the next steps in the process.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and estate agents
- Ordering search documents
- Ensure that letters and emails are well prepared and acted upon within agreed timescales
- Respond to and deal with sale enquiries
- Make Land registry applications
- Where necessary ensure that clients and estate agents are chased for documents and instructions
- Client billing
- Ensure that all correspondence documents are filed against the relevant client
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of six months experience in a similar conveyancing role
- Previous experience of using case management systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must have
- Be ambitious and self-driven
Package:
- £26,000 - £28,000 base salary dependent on experience
- Walderslade or Sidcup office locations
