Axon Moore is exclusively partnering with a leading FMCG business with sites across the UK. Due to continued growth & new acquisitions they require a forward thinking Commercial Accountant to join their busy Finance function in West Manchester.
Salary
- £40,000-£45,000 DOE
Location
– West Manchester
Hybrid
– 3 days in 2 from home - travel required to different sites.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support the generation of accurate period end accounts
- Carry out monthly financial reviews with the operational and sales teams
- Identify margin and profit enhancement opportunities
- Ensure contract tenders are financially and commercially robust
- Preparation of budgets/forecasts in accordance with company accounting policies
- Provide the business with sales and cost analysis reports to assist with management decision making.
Person Specification:
- ACCA/CIMA Part Qual/Finalist.
- Have the ability to communicate with both Finance & Non Finance staff.
- Solid commercial acumen.
- Advanced Excel skills.
