Sales Administrator, Clitheroe, up to £27k

An exciting opportunity has arisen with this fast-growing and successful business.
They are looking to strengthen their customer service team and are looking for a hardworking, adaptable and confident team player to join them.
If you are great with people and can quickly build relationships with customers, you enjoy a challenge and thrive on delivering an excellent service then this is the role for you. You will also need to be flexible in your working hours and be able to respond to fluctuating workloads.

Duties will include;

  • You will be the first point of contact for customers both new and existing
  • Interacting with new and existing customers and suppliers to provide the best possible service and guidance via phone and email
  • Working with other departments to find the solutions to customer queries
  • Providing updates on orders
  • Troubleshooting and investigating solutions to a wide range of queries.
  • Address customer questions about new products, services, promotions on sales.
  • Produce reports via Excel & PowerPoint for the senior leadership team.
  • Ad hoc customer service and admin tasks.
  • Answering customer queries through social media platforms.
