Description
- Ensure the payroll related number in P&L are recorded correctly along with payroll control account in BS Rec.
- Manage Account Receivable Rec and monitor the expecting cash inflow.
- Manage the Account Rec for month end.
- Month End closing for adjustment of Revenue and Accrual
- Supporting all the year end audit relation to AR and accrued revenue accounts.
- Support management in the accurate production of budgets/forecast relating to the GP level (Revenue and direct cost)
- Support management to identify the risk area from control perspective and propose the solution.
- A system super user for billing and timesheet.
Profile
- Be part qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or qualified by experience.
- Have experience in working towards year end.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Be computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Have good communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure and to tight month end deadlines.
- Have knowledge of back-office systems
- Have the ability to work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectives.
- Can think logically, consider all relevant aspects and carry out basic analysis on information.
- Must have project migration experience
- May be working towards an accountancy degree
