Part Time Executive Assistant

We are currently working with a Pension Trustee firm, looking for an Executive Assistant, preferably with legal secretarial experience, to support the Company Secretary on a part time basis.

The work is likely to take between 14 and 21 hours per week (half a day every day with the option of a further half day) and the majority of the time you would be working from home. You will be expected to occasional meetings over Teams or face to face (generally in London or the South East of England) and you would also need to be able to get to Gerrards Cross fairly easily for regular meetings with the Company Secretary.

The role holder will be responsible for providing a comprehensive EA support service to ensure effective delivery of Pension and Group Life arrangements. You will be managing systems, processes and procedures to enable smooth administration within the department. Additionally, you will be responsible for taking meeting minutes and keeping files and records up to date and secure. You will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders, arranging meetings and managing diaries.

To be considered, you will need experience and knowledge of business processes and procedures, excellent IT skills (especially all aspects of Microsoft Office), be reasonably numerate and have an understanding of data protection requirements. You must have experience of minute taking and, most importantly, you will need to have worked as an EA or PA at CEO level, ideally in a legal environment.
