Are you ready to drive online success and make a real impact? We're working with a leading fashion brand, and they're on the hunt for a talented Group Ecommerce Trading Manager to help take our online performance to the next level.
The Role: You'll work alongside the Head of E-Commerce, using your expertise to maximise sales, boost conversions, and ensure our websites run smoothly across the UK, EU, US, and beyond. From analysing key metrics to optimising stock levels and product launches, you'll play a key role in hitting sales targets and driving growth.
What You'll Do:
- Support the planning and trading of the group websites, ensuring KPIs and sales targets are exceeded.
- Analyse performance data, reporting on sales, conversion rates, traffic, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to optimise site performance and stock availability.
- Oversee product launches and maintain high standards in product presentation.
- Contribute to international growth, identifying opportunities in new markets.
Your Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce trading.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with experience in platforms like Google Analytics.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- A team player with great communication skills and a passion for customer experience.
- Ideally a fashion/ retail/ consumer B2C background
