About the role-
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to work from our client's tranquil and luxurious offices advising on and organising the various bespoke treatments that are available for hair restoration.
About the candidate-
You will be able to manage the dual importance of both the empathy of a consulting role, being able to deal with sensitive situations but also have the drive and ambition to grow the business, to develop the clients and have a sales mentality alongside a consultative approach.
You will need to be motivated and determined to succeed within the business as there are plans to expand in the future with more clinics.
Candidates will need to be able to offer advice and also offer treatments face to face in a warm, friendly and consultative manner.
Empathy is key in an opportunity such as this and we are looking for a unique individual who can build and maintain relationships and offer an understanding and sympathetic ear.
Candidates who are already experienced in a similar role will be welcomed along with those who have the right personality and approach. Although specific experience is a bonus it is certainly not essential as training can be given where required.
This role may also suit applicants with experience in recruitment, healthcare and medical sales.
The candidate must be flexible to hours but the main company hours are Tuesday & Thursday 11.30am-8pm, Wednesday and Friday 9.30am-6pm and Saturday 9am-4pm which suit the client base the best and still give a long weekend even with full time hours up to 40 hours.
About remuneration and rewards-
There is a basic salary on offer of between £25-30k with realistic and achievable on target earnings of £80k and beyond.
