Comms Advisor

Summary
My high-profile Utilities client is looking for a Comms Advisor join their team Based at their Warwick offices (2 days a week on site) on an initial 6-month contract with chance of extensions.
We are looking for an experienced internal comms professional to join the team on an interim basis. They will need to have business partner experience, strong writing skills and a demonstrable ability to develop and deliver outcome focused comms plans. They will have strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills and be comfortable operating under their own initiative and within a team.
Ideally, they will be digitally literate with practical experience of using and developing systems like Share-point, and Content Management Systems.
Ideally looking for someone with experience in internal communications. This is very much a delivery role, creating content to support the strategic priorities of the programme, developing comms plans with stakeholders and ensuring we have a healthy pipeline to feed our channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively engage and support key stakeholders to develop effective communication plans aligned to the wider business goals and coordinated with the overall communication landscape of the organisation.
- Create high-quality communication and engagement materials for use across a range of local channels this will include visually engaging power point decks and written communications for Share-point and newsletters.
- Understand audience segmentation and apply the principles to our audience groups with a particular focus on field colleagues.
- Proactive engagement with the business to identify stories and proof points that support the overall narrative of the organisation.
