Non-PI Claim Handler | Liverpool | Permanent
A superb opportunity is available for a Non-PI Claims Handler to become part of the team at one of the UK's leading transportation companies.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage claims related to property damage and associated factors in a manner that is both cost-effective and efficient, ensuring resolution within the given authority levels and in compliance with the company's procedures.
Skills & Requirements:
- A minimum of two years experience as a fully trained claims handler within an insurance or legal environment is required.
- Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of Non-PI/Recovery claims and incidents effectively.
- Good IT skills, particularly a working knowledge of MS Office, are desirable.
- Additionally, effective decision-making capabilities are essential.
