Early Years Teaching Assistant / Preschool Support Specialist

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support children's emotional, physical, and learning needs in a preschool setting
  • Implement and contribute to the delivery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Foster positive relationships with children to help them achieve their learning targets
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of the learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons
  • Promote inclusion and support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described
  • Hold a relevant Level 2 EY qualification
  • Have experience working in an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting
  • Possess Paediatric First Aid certification
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and innovative teaching methods
