What You'll Be Doing
- Support children's emotional, physical, and learning needs in a preschool setting
- Implement and contribute to the delivery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Foster positive relationships with children to help them achieve their learning targets
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons
- Promote inclusion and support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Hold a relevant Level 2 EY qualification
- Have experience working in an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting
- Possess Paediatric First Aid certification
- Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and innovative teaching methods
