An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and committed Maths Teacher to join our expanding school. We are looking for an individual who can deliver excellence in the classroom and provide innovative and inspirational teaching through our aspirational curriculum. This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and those at the beginning of their career, as we offer comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality Maths lessons to students across a range of abilities.
  • Utilise a variety of teaching methods to provide innovative and inspirational learning experiences.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of the school's Maths curriculum.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and reflective practice to enhance teaching skills.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities and events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
  • A passion for Maths and education with a commitment to developing students' abilities.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with young people.
  • A reflective practitioner with a ‘can do' approach to teaching and a dedication to raising standards.
  • Ambitious and professional with a commitment to personal development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
