Our well-established client located in Penkhull, Childrens Residential Seeking a Registered Manager to join their team. Supporting children with Emotional and behaviour difficulties, On a Full time, permanent basis. With a salary £50,000. The ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated, looking for their next challenge.

Main Responsibilities
As the Registered Manager you will have full autonomy of your home, you'll be integral to the smooth running of daily life within your home, enabling young people to thrive.
You will inspire and lead your team to manage a warm and friendly home that provides a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to achieve positive outcomes whilst also achieving compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations and ensuring your home is always able to evidence a high standard of care and quality.
You will be responsible for the organisation of work patterns, facilitation of training, and the accessing of appropriate services to support the childcare practices within your homes.
Skills Required
MUST hold the following:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and management Residential Childcare
Full UK driving License with access to your own vehicle.
2 years - experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of Good or above.
Have experience of working with children and young people with challenging behaviours including mental health and behavioural problems
Excellent knowledge of current legislations The Children's Homes England Regulations 2015, Quality Standards 2015, the Children's Act 1989, Children Act 2004 alongside all other legislations that are relevant to residential children's homes.
