Digital Tonic are delighted to be working with a brilliant eCom brand in the FMCG space that is looking to expand its team and bring in an experienced Digital Trading Executive. Reporting to the Digital Trading Manager you will support the trading and merchandising activities across the eCommerce site. This will include activities such as ensuring the customer journey and experience are at a high standard, optimising products and categories, managing promotions and seasonal sales campaigns as well and regularly reviewing metrics and data to ensure continuous growth and optimisation across eCommerce selling. Coming into this role you need to have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience within trading/merchandising as you will need to hit the ground running and be confident in your abilities.
This role is based in Okehampton and would require you to be in the office at least once a week. The salary on offer is up to £35k, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand that has been rapidly growing YoY and be an integral part of this continued growth trajectory.
Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a digital trading/merchandising role, ideally within the retail environment
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Shopify, Magento or Wordpress
- Understanding of improvement of UX/UI elements
- Be able to effectively work with and communicate well with the wider team
- Knowledge of marketplaces is desirable, but not required

This role is offering a salary of up to £35k. The position is offered on a hybrid basis of 1 day per week in the Okehampton office.
