Your new companyGlobal manufacturer looking for a Business Improvement Consultant. This is a new role that has been created as part of the organisation's motivation to drive productivity improvements in their business units. In this position, the organisation is looking for an individual that will steer productivity across this function to overall help transform and improve the organisation.
Your new role
- You will support the business in improving existing processes and drive the organization to use advanced methods (lean, six sigma, agile/scrum, innovation). Methods to come to quicker, transparent, data-based business decisions
- You will lead project managers in planning, executing, and presenting high-impact productivity projects to senior management
- Stakeholder engagement experience across business units
- You will embed a continuous improvement & productivity culture & mindset change across the organisation
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience as a Project Manager, Business Improvement
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with ability to interpret data to make informed conclusions
- Experience in Six Sigma and/or LEAN methodologies
- Project Management skills
- Strong communication skills
