Employee Compliance's (EC) core function is to provide effective advice and tools to enable Deutsche Bank employees to observe the highest standards of individual behavior and conduct and to assess, monitor and report on Compliance risks posed by employees and contingent workers associated with, amongst others, the following areas: Personal Account Dealing (PAD); Private Investment Transactions (PIT); Outside Business Interests (OBI); EC Attestations; and Licensing & Registrations (L&R).
The Head of EC Strategy and Risk Management Team is responsible for providing the tools, knowledge and resources to enable the EC team to deliver and meet all requirements under EC and Non-Financial Risks Management frameworks

Your key responsibilities
- Assisting identification, prioritisation and implementation of key EC global strategic deliverables and remediation initiatives to meet regulatory requirements, reduce risk, improve controls, deliver operational efficiencies and enhance user experience
- Key role in EC system development using agile delivery methodology (e.g., product ownership, stakeholder representation, requirement articulation, prioritisation of demand, testing and release approvals)
- Findings and issue management activities of internal and external audit and testing reviews, issue resolution, target date extensions and framework deviations
- Programme documentation e.g., policies, operating procedures, FAQs, intranet, employee communications
Your skills and experience
- Risk steward experience and understanding of operating under 3 Lines of Defense model and Non-Financial Risk Management framework
- Understanding, interpreting, and implementing risk-based pragmatic solutions to meet global regulatory expectations as they relate to PAD, PIT, OBI and L&R
- Oversight and implementation of efficient operational processes within risk appetite
- Supporting data and technology initiatives (ideally using an agile methodology)
- Developing, implementing and oversight of strong governance controls and processes
- Management of data and creating meaningful management and business information to address business and operational risks
