Experienced Recruitment Consultant
Location: Manchester, M4 5AD
Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped commission, no threshold
This is a full-time, permanent role. You'll be working Monday – Friday, fully office based. You will therefore need eligibility to work in the UK. Previous experience in a 360 sales recruitment role is required.
Working hours:
- Term time: Monday: 7:30-17:30, Tuesday-Thursday: 7:30-17:00, Friday: 7:30-16:30
- School holidays: Reduced hours: 8:30-3:30pm approx.

The role of a Recruitment Consultant:
- Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate opportunities
- Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancies
- Attending client meetings/school visits
- Shortlisting CVs, screening applicants over the phone and interviewing/registering them
- Filling vacancies within an agreed time scale
- Building a pipeline of candidates to ensure you can react quickly to your clients' needs
- Maintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relationships
