Position: Machine Minder
Location: Deeside
Hours: Sunday to Thursday 22:00 - 6:00
Salary: NEG DOE
HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting a Machine Minder for our client based in Deeside. This is permanent nights, the company offer great benefits and ongoing training opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Work in accordance with our Health and Safety policy at all times.
- Ensure production lines are set up and tested ready for production shifts.
- Ensure all depositors are built up correctly for use on the production lines and is a serviceable condition.
- Ensure all the production lines operate & function efficiently.
- Keep tool sets in clean working order.
- Checks on all Ink Jet coders are started up correctly, ink and solvent levels are kept topped up when required
- First response in diagnosing problems with machinery and equipment in a safe manner.
- Liaise with shift engineers to aid a rapid response to breakdowns.
- Maintain a high standard of all machinery and equipment.
- Look to make continuous improvements to line efficiency and reliability.
- The role is not exclusive to machine minding. Other duties can be requested of you in the area.
- Carry out PPM's
- Keep your work area tidy.
