Role Description: .
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Customer Experience Manager located in London. You will be responsible for renewing existing software accounts for existing key account customers.
As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be tasked with the following:
- Renewing existing software accounts.
- Upselling to existing customers while renewing licenses.
- Increasing revenue by identifying commercial opportunities through customer feedback.
- Collaborating with other members of the sales department.
- Responding to emails in our shared inbox and proactively contacting customers using our renewals sales cadence.
- Scheduling customer inquiry calls and closing calls.
- Ensuring accurate information is inputted and updated in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Maintaining a clean, accurate, and up-to-date pipeline.
The key things we're looking for from our Customer Experience Manager:
- Strong professional work ethic.
- A deep understanding of teamwork and being a net contributor.
- 3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (account renewals preferred).
- Experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
- Tech-savvy with a strong interest in technology.
- Awareness of the importance of a positive sales department culture.
- Adaptable, innovative, and competitive.
- A curious and learning-focused mindset, with a start-up or non-traditional company mentality.
