We now seek a Trainee HR Administrator to join our small friendly team on a part time basis with potential to go full time.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an office based trainee HR administrator, In this role you'll assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This can include a variety of administrative tasks, supporting senior HR professionals, and gaining hands-on experience in different HR areas such as employee relations, training and development, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Main contact for HR calls.
- Maintaining client records and HR databases
- Assisting in the preparation of HR documents.
- Managing HR-related queries and directing them to the appropriate person.
- Assisting in organizing training sessions and workshops.
- Tracking employee training records and participation.
- Helping to ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Skills Required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Accuracy is crucial when handling client records and HR documents.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information is a key responsibility.
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is often required.
- Being approachable and able to work well in a small team.
