Sales Administrator

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant in addition you will carry out Internal sales and Purchasing on a full time basis based in Coseley. They specialise in the design and manufacturing of Office Solutions.

Key Skills:

  • At least Three years of experience in administrative or clerical roles
  • Excellent customer service skills to promote client satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Strong organisational skills to plan, prioritise and execute duties
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing work demands
  • Good telephone manner
  • Computer literate
  • Accuracy & Attention to detail
  • Working on own initiative
  • Work under pressure

Main Duties of the role include:

  • Customer Sales order processing
  • Handling customer enquiries and queries
  • Answering telephone calls
  • General Administration
  • Invoicing
  • Filing
  • Managing Office Supplies
  • Producing purchase orders with suppliers
  • Chasing outstanding supplier purchase orders

Office Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8.15am -5pm

Friday: 8.15pm -2pm
