Senior Financial Administrator - Working closely with Chartered Advisers - IFA Firm - Near Kingston (Surrey) - £35k - £45k - mix of office based and WFH

My client is a Chartered boutique Independent Financial Advice firm with a presence across the Surrey area whom I have placed 2 staff within the past year. I have worked closely with the hiring managers over the past 12 months and seen them grow their business organically via recommendation and referral. They have a truly holistic approach to their advice offering and they get to know their clients (who are all local people) really well and on both a professional and personal level and get involved in local community events. The most loyal clients have been taking advice from them for over 15 years. They offer whole of market advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Retirement Planning, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections to clients with between £500k - £5m of investable assets who are primarily families, retirees and some small business owners.

The Directors are creating a brand-new role within the business for an established Financial Administrator. The role will be office based with the occasional days working from home. You will be supporting 3 advisers in the business alongside 2 other administrators and a separate mortgage team. You will have knowledge of a variety of provider platforms and be familiar with the end-to-end administrative process. You will be drafting LOA's, LOV's, speaking to providers and being the first point of contact for all external stakeholders, managing diaries, managing the internal IT systems and all other admin support to ensure the smooth running of the admin team.

This role will be suitable for an experienced Career Administrator however if you wish to undertake any studies then my client will offer study support and training. The role will involve some basic basic technical work, drafting very simple suitability reports but this is NOT a Paraplanner role, this is an end to end administrative role and gettin stuck into all areas of the support funciton within the businesss. A very secure and rewarding role is on offer. You will receive a £35k - £43k basic salary depending on experience, but for an exceptional candidate they will pay up to £45k.

If you are working within wealth management administration role, then the hiring managers would like to talk to you. If this role sounds of interest or any other administration roles I am working on please get in touch. For more details please contact Peter Fozard at Financial Divisions
