QUALITATIVE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR (CONSUMER)

They're looking for an established Associate Director to join their consumer team and make an immediate impact. This is a great opportunity to work with a varied client-base across multi-market projects and get the chance to work with both traditional and advanced methodologies. THE ROLE:
The Associate Director will have the following responsibilities:
- Work across multiple qualitative research projects, with occasional travel when necessary
- Line manage junior members of the team
- Be a part of BD initiatives
- Manage multiple projects from end to end, delivering strategic insights to senior stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The Associate Director will have:
- Commercial awareness and experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A background within consultancies/agencies
- Experience working at an AD level
- A strong qualitative background, and knowledgeable with a variety of methods including IDI's, focus groups, ethnographic studies
