RG Consultancy are working with an excellent client in the public sector who are looking for a Management Accountant to join them on a full time permanent basis. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is wanting to stay with a company long term and have natural progression into a more senior position.
This role is joining a team of 4 and will report into the Financial Director.
Duties will include:
- Preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Prepare and manage all reports for forecasting and budgets for the company
- Produce financial reports for; budgets, costing, P&L etc.
- Cash flow management
- Negotiating on business loans
- Production of quarterly VAT returns
- Assist with annual audits
- Fixed asset register
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Support and oversea the accounts teams
- Other ad-hoc duties
