My excellent client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy and expanding Commercial Property team in Newcastle. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases for both businesses and individuals. The position is permanent and full-time, requiring flexibility and mobility between offices.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle a comprehensive caseload of commercial property matters, providing high-quality legal services to a diverse client base.
- Engage in all aspects of commercial property law, including sales, purchases, leases, and financing.
- Work autonomously while also collaborating with the wider team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Utilise IT systems effectively to manage cases efficiently and communicate with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and advice.
- Participate in networking and business development activities to enhance the firm's presence and reputation in the market.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- A solid foundation in all aspects of commercial property law.
- Highly motivated with the ability to manage a full caseload independently.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.
- Flexibility regarding office location and the ability to travel between offices as needed.
