My Gloucestershire based client has a new opportunity to join their administration team on a full time temporary to permanent basis. You will be the point of contact between the engineers, contractors and the operations team. They are looking for someone with excellent administration skills to support the team
Responsibilities
- Working with the operations team
- Processing and co ordinating the admin
- Customer and operational reporting
- Sending follow up confirmations and invoices
- Ordering equipment
- Processing orders for subcontractors and suppliers
About You
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Understanding of commonly used office packages
- A high standard of computer literacy
- Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
- Reliable
- Eye for detail
- Team player
The role is Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm
Pay rate- salary £23795
