My client based in Bath are currently looking for a mid-weight Designer who can demonstrate potential and ambition to lead a small design team as their Creative Digital Design Lead. The role will focus on enhancing the reach of their services by distributing the design workload across the team and getting involved in the design work themselves. You will apply your creative skills and digital experience to develop engaging, accessible, and high-quality content design, optimised for their target audiences. This role could suit someone who is look to take the next step in their career, or someone who already has Senior Design level experience.

This role involves enhancing digital content campaign effectiveness, continuous improvement of product performance, and delivering the highest quality standards for their clients.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Provide creative direction to unify and elevate brand identity across all digital products, ensuring consistency and alignment with our business value proposition.
  • Lead strategic collaboration with internal stakeholders to optimise and refine the digital content product portfolio.
  • Enhance the engagement and quality of digital content campaigns through thoughtful design, meeting the evolving needs of target audiences.
  • Optimise digital campaign content design by streamlining workflows and reducing the need for extensive client design input.
  • Plan and oversee design activities, ensuring brand identity alignment and adherence to project timelines.
  • Drive continuous enhancement of digital product performance through competitor analysis, client and audience feedback, and innovative ideas.
  • Uphold the highest quality standards in digital content delivery with rigorous quality control processes and a commitment to excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and tools for creating and managing high-quality digital assets.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and experience with CMS such as Sanity or WordPress.
  • Skills in UX/UI design to create intuitive digital experiences that enhance engagement.
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools like Monday.com and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience with tools like PowerPoint.
  • Experience with digital and email marketing platforms for designing and managing campaigns.
  • Proven track record in digital design, with experience in a senior or lead creative role.
  • Significant experience in cross-team collaboration and leading cross-departmental design projects.
