Ambition are recruiting for a leading business advisory firm that is looking to expand its restructuring advisory division by hiring a Restructuring Advisory Manager in their London office.
In this role, you will work on highly complex and engaging projects across a range of sectors, providing a tangible benefit to your clients while enhancing your existing restructuring advisory skillset.
Upon joining, you will handle a varied portfolio of advisory projects, including Independent Business Reviews (IBRs), contingency planning, pre-lender reviews, options reviews, financial due diligence, and accelerated M&A. Occasionally, you may also be involved in transaction services projects.
The firm works with all of the major banks and second-tier banks, working with companies that typically have an annual turnover between £10m and £100m.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a diverse & high-achieving team. You will be part of a growing division and be given exposure to the full life cycle of projects.
You must be ACA or ACCA qualified to be considered for this position. You will ideally have 2-3 years of post qualification experience and have a strong experience with IBRs in particular.
