Your new company
A high-growth FMCG business is seeking a temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team in Hammersmith. This organisation works globally and has a large customer base. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit more people to join the team. This will be an ongoing contract that will be at the minimum 3 months with the view of going on longer - they need someone in particular with SAP S/4 Hana experience due to recent systems' implementation within the team.
Your new role
You'll be working amongst a dedicated account payable team of 4+. Key duties include:
- Processing large volumes of invoices - atleast 50-100 a day
- Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- Month-end duties including Ledger reconciliation
- Ensure suppliers are paid on time
- Dealing with any queries that come through
What you'll need to succeed
You MUST have SAP S/4 Hana, good working knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables & VLOOKUPS. You'll be able to stay calm in high pressure situations and have a logical approach. You'll have previous accounts experience with atleast 2-3 years experience and have worked in a variety of settings, including working for multinationals.
What you'll get in return
You'll receive a day rate of £200 per day, working 37.5 hours across the week. This position is a hybrid opportunity to work 2 days in the office and 3 days at home and the opportunity to work for a large FMCG company.
