This role is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company as they go through a period of change, our client who are based in the South West are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join them for a period of 12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll and expenses workload, including monthly runs.
- Manage two direct reports.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with HR team on projects impacting payroll.
Transformation and Improvement:
- Audit processes, systems, and policies.
- Make recommendations to enhance efficiency's
- Determine necessary resources for team success.
- Develop road-map for team development.
