You will have autonomy and be able to take ownership of your role - in order to deliver the recruitment objectives, build pipelines, build and maintain trusted relationships.
The key focus of this Recruitment Advisor role is to provide a full 360 recruitment service - end to end recruitment from job briefs to onboarding.
Resourcing Advisor / Recruitment Advisor- Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand the resourcing needs of their areas
- Manage the process from start to finish, ensuring job briefs are in line with the business / functional needs, individuals are recruited within the timeframes specified
- Decide on the most appropriate recruitment solution for positions
- Go out to market and manage response
- Manage communication with candidates - ensure they receive an excellent service
- Manage recruitment from interview to offer stageto on boarding
- This is a hands-on recruitment role where your expertise and involvement will be key in the selection process
Resourcing Advisor / Recruitment Advisor- Key Skills and Experience
- Experience of a high volume / fast paced recruitment environment
- End to end recruitment experience
- Need a high attention to detail with a disciplined approach
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and get their buy in
