OVERVIEW:
- Providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients in various aspects of private client law, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.
- Managing a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively.
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and third parties to facilitate smooth and timely transactions.
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
- Conducting legal research and staying up to date with relevant legislation and case law.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues and supporting other team members when necessary.
- Applications are open to qualified solicitors or legal executives with at least 12 months' experience in a similar role.
- This role is office based with some flexibility for hybrid working.
