We are urgently seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage the admissions processes for all our programmes, from application to admission. The Admissions Co-Ordinator role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions journey for both UK and international students. The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification, experience in academic admissions, and a thorough understanding of the UK and international education environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Process UCAS and direct applications, ensuring eligibility and monitoring via the CRM.
  • Schedule online tests and interviews with academic staff.
  • Work closely with student selection panels to assess applicant suitability.
  • Liaise with recruitment managers to ensure effective post-offer communication.
  • Prepare key student communications, including offer letters and joining instructions.
  • Coordinate with global recruitment managers on international applications, conversions, and admissions requirements.
  • Issue CAS documentation and track visa applications and outcomes.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Senior Management Team.
  • Update website information to comply with CMA requirements and reflect accurate admissions-related information.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Registrar.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification, with evidence of relevant CPD.
  • Experience in the UK and international education environment.
  • Understanding of the applicant journey from application to admission.
  • Experience with UCAS applications and UKVI, including issuing CAS.
  • Proficient in written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills with the ability to use a CRM and other HE systems.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Flexibility and commitment to a performance culture and continuous improvement.
