Onsite in Gloucestershire Contract Day Rate - £516 - £619 inside IR35

We're currently seeking an ambitious Business Change Consultant specialising in Identity and Access Management to work with our exceptional client in a secure environment, supporting challenging and highly rewarding projects.

This contract role will require you to conduct security clearance prior to assignment. The opportunity is available in Gloucestershire and is fully onsite.

The IdAM project provides identity and access management technologies and processes across a diverse geographic and stakeholder environment.

IdAM have a requirement for a Business Change resource to work across complex work packages as part of a small business change team, working alongside Project Managers, Business Analysts and technical Subject Matter Experts.

Responsibilities

  • Use appropriate business changes techniques and processes to enable and assure business value delivery across the mission.
  • Interacting with key stakeholders and developing processes that enable customers to interact and consume the IdAM services for an effective user experience.
  • The scope of business change may range from simple isolated areas of change through to larger, interdependent processes, including business testing and implementation.
  • Engagement with varied and large communities from HR and finance to engineering and mission teams, in order to assess the viability of or impact of proposed change.
  • Publish information via a number of channels e.g. formal documents, web content or email.
  • Reporting to Business Change Lead or IdAM Project Manager.

Skills and Competencies

  • Adept in using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively within a large team and independently.
  • Influence other team members and customers in analysis, process design and direction.
  • Capable of applying standard Business Change/Analysis techniques.
  • Business Change/Analysis Experience, preferably with understanding and experience of:

Process Analysis,

Process Improvement,

Stakeholder Management.

  • Ability to communicate in the appropriate language for the seniority and / or role of consumers e.g. sponsors, developers, users, team leads etc.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and conflict effectively to achieve optimum business outcomes.
  • Influencing skills.
