Senior UX Contractor
About the Role:
We are looking for talented Senior UX Contractors to join one of our key clients on a hybrid working model. Based in the North West, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with our Manchester-based design agency. This is a great opportunity to work on an exciting project, shaping user experiences that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with business stakeholders, product owners and other members of the UX team to identify and prioritise problem areas
- Running workshops
- Mapping user journeys to analyse pain points
- Identify solution opportunities
- Create wireframes and design specifications using the business' Design Toolkit
- Experience of high fideltity designs on Figma
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and usability testing platforms.
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs.
- Familiarity with agile development processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Other considerations
- Outside IR35
- 6 month contract
- Option to extend contract
- 1-2 days in the office per week (must be based in the North West or able to commute occasionally to Manchester)
- Day rate of 550-650 per day
