The role of Administrative Assistant is to ensure that the day-to-day business processes run smoothly, ensuring that customers get an efficient service and a feeling of 'wow'. Whilst the duties carried out may vary from customer to customer, the core values to the way this work is carried out remain consistent - Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Sustainability, Integrity, and Service.

Responsibilities

  • Bright Manager - CRM

o Review and update BM to ensure data quality and integrity which is fundamental for the whole business

o Documentation- Upload documents and update BM checklists

o AML Checks & 64-8 applications

o Following up for information

o Renewal of ID and engagement letters

  • Customer Wow

o Sending out welcome packs and other one-off mail outs, e.g. annual calendar

o Assist in organising events- 121 coffees/lunches/dinners, round table events, bigger scale events with speakers, customers and prospects

o Assist with customer welcome and disengagement process

o Follow up on professional clearance letters

  • Admin

o First line for telephone answering and forwarding VM messages to colleagues

o Welcoming customers that come in for meetings and making drinks / taking lunch orders as needed

o Sorting company post, scanning/forwarding to relevant staff or customers

o Document scanning and archiving

o Administrative support to all departments

o Producing documents, Typing up correspondence

o Monitoring stationery & supplies- Printer cartridges/Paper/Loo roll/Coffee/etc

o Gathering information for bulk emails

o Assist in organising Company events - Christmas party, team day ect
