Front of House Coordinator

Full-time, 10 month FTC based in Birmingham city centre, offering up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience.

Would you like to work for a high-end, stylish firm in the city centre, helping to ensure the smooth-running of the office? Then this could be the role for you! Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant will work on the office floor to provide an outstanding front of house service for the firm.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Being the first port-of-call for visitors to the office; meeting and greeting, escorting visitors to the correct location and providing refreshment, including making coffees using the barista machine
  • Managing meeting arrangements: coordinating meeting room diaries, ensuring catering requirements are arranged and the meeting rooms are well presented
  • Arranging and logging travel arrangements for staff members
  • Administrative tasks, including handling and distributing the post and logging client information on the CRM system
  • Opening and closing the reception area; maintaining the reception area to the highest standard
  • Other front of house duties when applicable

Prospective applicants must have previous experience within a front of house role within professional services. Applicants must have outstanding communication and organisational skills, and a high degree of professionalism.
