What do the team do?

The Marketing and Business Development department at Price Bailey is a high-performing team with a strong digital focus on driving high quality leads into the firm, building on our growing brand and reputation, and positioning the practice as thought-leaders within the industry.

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in producing a wide range of high-quality, digital-first content. This includes reports, social media content, videos, infographics, pitch documents, and much more. We're looking for someone who can help present our content in a professional, engaging, and visually appealing way.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and develop creative content within a forward-thinking marketing team, contributing to the success of both digital and traditional media campaigns.

What will I be doing?

As a Graphic Designer you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Creating and updating marketing collateral, including online and offline flyers, brochures, reports, pitch documents, social graphics, infographics, videos, and more.
  • Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing hooks to create compelling and visually engaging content.
  • Liaising with outsourced design resources to manage and oversee the quality and timely delivery of work.
  • Assisting with photographing and filming events, with training provided if necessary.
  • Developing engaging web banners, digital adverts, and social media content, as well as working on relevant website and landing pages.
  • Producing accurate, detailed artwork at speed.

What experience do I need?

Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:

  • Experienced using Adobe suite of design tools - InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (minimum criteria).

  • Experience of Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing), Adobe After Effects (motion graphics) PowerPoint Template Design desirable.

  • Advantageous skills:

  • Awareness of AI tools: Understanding of AI in design, such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Photoshop's Generative Fill.

  • HTML / CSS: Knowledge of web design and front-end development.

  • Photography / Filming: Ability to photograph and film events.
