We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Engineering Supervisor to join our passionate and driven team in Southwark.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing training and development to Engineers.
- Complete regular reviews of Engineer and Subcontractor paperwork.
- Complete audits of site logbooks.
- Ensure all tools, equipment and vehicle inspections are undertaken.
- Conduct regular engineer reviews meetings and toolbox talks to a team of engineers.
- Planning, inspecting, and carrying out repairs or preventative maintenance as required and responding to breakdowns in a timely fashion.
- To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out, including completing required documents and paperwork.
About You:
- Applicant must have the right to work in the UK.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Time Served Engineer in Mechanical and/or Electrical trade with some post-apprenticeship experience.
- Supervisory experience.
- CSCS Skills Card.
- SMSTS or SSSTS.
- PASMA / IPAF.
- Previous experience working within building maintenance, projects, or minor works environment.
